Hi, my name is Brett Harris.

For the last fifteen years I've mentored thousands of Christian teens who want to do hard things for the glory of God.

And here's what I've learned:

Most young people don't have trouble getting motivated.

They have trouble STAYING motivated.

Especially when dealing with hardship and uncertainty.

Some typical "motivation-killers" are:

  • Cancelled plans
  • Injuries or chronic health issues
  • Family struggles (e.g. financial, unemployment, etc.)
  • COVID-19 (obviously)
  • Mental health issues (e.g. anxiety, depression, etc.)
  • Difficulty keeping up with school
  • Peers who just don't care
  • Etc. Etc. Etc.

And once you've lost motivation, life either feels stressful and overwhelming -OR- monotonous and boring.

Even worse, life can sometimes feel overwhelming -AND- boring at the same time.

Nothing exciting is happening... and you're overwhelmed with all the daily stuff that doesn't feel important.

That's why I've put together this training.

I talk about practical ways to:

  • Rekindle your motivation
  • Persevere through challenges
  • Stay healthy mentally and emotionally
  • Grow more productive despite obstacles
