June is LGBT Pride month. How should Christians respond . . . when your school sets aside a day to celebrate the LGBT community? Or when your city has a Pride parade or your neighbor waves a rainbow flag in their yard?
In the first episode to the Cultural Questions series, Sara digs into these questions and outlines what the Bible says about sex, marriage, and gender and gives three practical ways every Christian should respond to Pride month. If you’ve been wondering how to navigate the month of June and all your interactions with LGBT family members, friends, co-workers, or classmates—this episode is for you.

This girl has the most ob-noxious, cloying voice I’ve ever heard. It actually made me laugh. As an intersex person, your lack of knowledge about sex and gender is embarrassing and could not be more poorly-written if you tried. I have XXY chromosomes and mixed characteristics–what does that make me? Inhuman by god’s standards? Brainwashing of the highest order goes on in this site.
Hey, Taran, Thank you for your comment! I really appreciate you taking the time to listen to the podcast, even if you disagreed with it. 🙂 And to answer your question, no, intersex does not make you inhuman. Sometimes bodies are broken and things aren’t exactly as they should be, but you are still a valuable image bearer of God! I hope you know that you are valuably made in His image and loved beyond measure. God bless!
Outstanding. I tweeted this to many church leaders.
